Job Description

£20,000- £23,000 per annum dependent on skills and experience.We are currently looking for a Team Co-ordinator / Administrator to join our Business Support Team on a fixed term basis for 6 months.Based at our Leeds office, this hybrid full time position is 35 hours a week.In this role you will be providing operational and administrative support in the financial services industry. If you are interested in working as part of a wider team to fulfil key regulatory objectives, whilst growing your knowledge within financial services,then we have a great role for you!What youll be getting up to in more detail:

  • Liaising with advisers to ensure excellent service is delivered.
  • Updating Tenet systems to ensure accurate information and data quality for audit purposes.
  • Daily monitoring of the team inbox, resolving adviser and internal business queries.
  • Acting as a point of contact for advisers, resolving queries in a timely manner.
  • Liaising between the team and advisers to resolve any outstanding training and competence requirements.
  • Providing a dedicated and professional support service to the business support team.
  • Providing regular and ad-hoc management information (MI).
  • Co-ordinating mailers and surveys to advisers and collating responses to produce MI.
  • Provide assistance to the desk and field based Business Support Consultants and the Management team.
  • Answering inbound calls from advisers.
You will be able to demonstrate the following skillsets :
  • Strong Organisation and planning ability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Confident telephone manner with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Competent use of Microsoft Excel including basic formulas and functions.
Wed Love to See :
  • Previous Financial Services experience desirable
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Outlook
  • Experience of using Intelliflo Office
  • A desire to work towards financial services qualifications
  • GCSE Maths and English is Essential
