Job Description

3rd Line Helpdesk EngineerLeeds, HorsforthOverview:We are recruiting for a 3rd line service desk engineer to join our growing team here at Jungle IT.Jungle IT’s significant growth means we now have a requirement for an experienced 3rd line engineer to join the company to deliver outstanding service to our customers.We are looking for the following:

  • Passionate about the IT industry
  • Able to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • At least 3 years’ experience in an MSP environment in a similar technical role
  • Develop their own skills with real development and training opportunities.
  • Essential Skills:
  • Experience of working in an ITSM Structure.
  • Excellent Communication / Documentation
  • Windows Client (7, 8, 10)
  • Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019)
  • Exchange (2007, 2010, 2013, 2016) & Office 365 Suite inc. Teams
  • AD / DNS / DHCP / VMWare / Hyper-V
  • VOIP Phone Systems (3CX/Gamma/NFON/Other)
  • Networking (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Wireless)
  • Azure (Active Directory / General Overview)
  • Backup Architecture
  • Logic / Diagnostic abilities
  • Desirable / Beneficial Skills:
  • Microsoft / CompTIA / Cisco Certifications
  • Use of PSA / RMM systems such as Datto / ConnectWise
  • Windows Installation Deployment / Migration / Upgrades
