They are seeking amotivated individual who will play a pivotal role in setting up and growing theirresidential sales department.Key Responsibilites:

Creating and managing a residential sales department.
Organising and carrying out viewings and property valuations.
Vendor management, feedback and ongoing advice.
Sales progression and business generation.

You will have:

Proven experience in sales negotiations.
Strong understanding of the local property market.
Motivated and self-driven with excellent communication skills.
