Job Description

Customer Service Representative Job Title - Customer Service Representative Salary - £25,000 Per Annum Hours - DaysLocation - BristolRef - JY 925367I am currently working with a Fleet leasing company in the Poole area who are now looking to expand their team with the addition of a Customer Service Representative.Requirements for Customer Service Representative:

  • Solid experience in business-to-business environments
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and account management systems
  • Understanding of using Sales Performance metrics as well as using our IT systems including Pro Hire and salesforce
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong admin, IT, organisational and negotiation skills, and a can-do attitude
  • Sound understanding of the vehicle rental industry and vehicle terminology, including vehicle accessories etc.
  • Ability to multitask and be able to prioritise and plan your workload around customers requirements
  • Willing to travel within the UK to attend customer meetings with potential overnight stays.
  • A full and clean driving licence
