This is an exciting time to join a fast growing, industry-disruptive, modern firm!We are on the lookout for an exceptional person to our fantastic team.They will be reporting directly to the MD, with the potential of developing into a Management role for the right candidate!As well as assisting in Accounts, Tax, Xero, and Apps etc., ideally the candidate will assist the MD in managing other areas of the firm, giving a great growth and development opportunity!The role will include supervising and training other team members, so some supervisor/manager experience would be desirable but not essential.The firm is known for its’ high-level client service, and so the right candidate will get to help to maintain this. We have an extremely interesting variety of clients, with a keen interest in Hospitality businesses.It is a great time to join this firm, and a great team to be part of!Ideally you will be fully Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA - however we will consider part-qualified for the right candidateResponsibilities and Duties -· Accounts & Tax Preparation for Companies, Soletrader, Partnerships and Charities/CICs· Management Accounts, Budgets & Forecasting· Review colleagues work and training team members.· Client meetings & Zoom calls, including Xero training sessions.· Attend events and represent firm (when allowed again!)· Practice development and management opportunity for right candidatePerks & Benefits -· Free Parking· Company Laptop· Flexi-working when needed· Huge progression potential· Staff parties & events
