Job Description

*** THIS ROLE IS LOOKING TO STARTIMMEDIATELY***15ten15 are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading software development companybased in Wakefieldfor a Support Technician. WHAT WERE LOOKING FORResponsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot technical software issues.
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
  • Managing multiple cases at one time.
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Communicating to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
  • Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
  • Use Jira or equivalent for Service Desk management
    • THE IDEAL CANDIDATEEssential skills:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar roleis essential
  • The ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
  • Experience utilising an ITIL based service management tool for ticket management
  • Analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Must have the ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
  • Use Jira or equivalent for Service Desk management
