Youll benefit from supervision,a development programme and access to a 120+ strong team of multi-disciplinary clinical colleagues who will be with you every step of the way.The RoleAs part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team you will be supporting educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments and based on clinical assessment and formulation offer individualised interventions and engagementto our children and young people.Our psychologists work collaboratively within our schools and childrens homes, this ensures that therapeutic support permeates every aspect of the education, care and support we offer all of our children and young people. You will facilitate reflectivepractice and consultation, and provide workshops, training and guidance to the educational and residential teams around our children.Theres no doubt that youll face some challenges. You must therefore be a resilient, reflective, creative and flexible practitioner. In return, you will find this to be a highly rewarding role, where you will be working to make a real difference to a childor young persons life.Be the Psychologist you always wanted to beA qualified Clinical, Educational or Forensic Psychologist registered with the HCPC.A specialist with proven skills and experience to assess, formulate and support the delivery of therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs.Experience of supporting the team around a child or young person to provide clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences.A confident, engaging and effective, model, guide, leader and trainer.A member of a multi-disciplinary team, receiving regular supervision and supported in your CPD.A highly organised professional ready to take the initiative.Be RewardedWe know youre going to do great things.
