• Be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the integrated development of each and every young person that lives and learns with us

• Apply that magical combination of theoretical knowledge and depth of experience to deliver life-changing occupational therapies, that will remove any barriers for our young people

• Promote and enable Reflective Practice in your informal working relationships as well as when you chair and facilitate meetings

• Work as part of an MDT team consisting of OTs, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists, Talking and Creative Therapists, care and school staff

• A commitment to your continued professional development with a range of in house and external training

• Opportunities to attend national special interest groups on topics such as Sensory Integration, autism, developmental trauma,

• Opportunities to work with ADHD advanced practitioners through our links with the ADHD Foundation

• A buddy system where you will be paired with a member of the onsite team for informal guidance and support

• Regular Internal team around the child (ITAC) meetings which ensure that young people have access to cohesive services and all the relevant practitioners concerned with an individual young person meet regularly. This ensures the services delivered are integrated,prioritised, coherent and achieve their intended outcomes.
