Sales and Marketing Officer - Housing / Property£34,062.44 per annum + £3,675 car allowanceChester - Agile Working with travel to other sitesFull time, Permanent35 hours per weekAn exciting opportunity for a flexible, dedicated and customer focused individual to join our Home Ownership Team as Sales and Marketing Officer, leading on the delivery of our growing sales programme for Shared Ownership and any other sales related productsoffered by Muir.We are looking for someone who:

Has demonstrable experience in property sales and digital marketing
Is an exceptional communicator, customer focused and willing to go that extra mile to meet our customers’ needs
Has strong pc skills including outlook and word with exceptional attention to detail, able to multi- task and effectively prioritise a busy workload
Is pro-active, has a can-do, positive attitude and a commitment to improving service, with a flexible approach including willingness to travel across our operating area
Is confident working independently and part of a team
