Job Description

Our client is a highly successful independent estate agent who have a fantastic reputation for providing first class customer service. After a period of expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Chester.You will be working with a dynamic team of property professionals and will be responsible for all aspects of lettings negotiation, arranging viewings, agreeing lets and seeing the transaction through to move in. They are looking for a team player with excellentverbal and written communication skills.Our client requires a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a target driven environment and is passionate about property!Duties and responsibilities include:

Sourcing and advertising new properties
Negotiating lets
Arranging valuations
Generating new business
Working closely with the property management team
Arranging and attending viewings
Completing reference checks
Sending out application paperwork
Assisting with tenant move-ins
Annual rent reviews
Tenancy agreement renewals

Previous lettings experience is essential, and the ideal candidate will also have a good knowledge of the Chester City centre market.Our client is offering a generous basic salary of £20-23k, plus uncapped commission.Other benefits include:
