Job Description

Established in 1980 we have four decades of wide-rangingexperience working with clients throughout the UK.The RoleBased at our modern Head Office in Huddersfield this is a fantastic opportunity to join our Asset Management Team as a Surveying Technician to undertake a variety of challenging and hands on surveying projects throughout the UK.The role involves the inspection and assessment of Non-Traditional properties, including high rise, to enable our clients to adequately plan for the future.Assessments are usually of an invasive nature and will involve the use of hand & power tools to break into the fabric of a property to undertake the investigation.This is an excellent opportunity to specialise in working with buildings of non-standard construction.Ideal Candidate:Qualities required for this role will include:

  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Coming towards the end of (or recently completed) a ONC/HNC/NVQ construction related course (would consider applicants currently on day release)
  • Some construction related experience
  • A can do and obliging attitude.
  • A drive to succeed in a challenging environment.
  • A willingness to work in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work throughout the UK*
*Due to the varied locations of projects, staying away overnight will be required on a reasonably regular basis.
