Job Description

Bennett & Game have the pleasure of representing a well-established RIBA Chartered Practice based in Huddersfield who are looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their team of talented individuals. Architectural Technologist Position Overview

Work on projects within the Residential sector
Create technical details using a mixture of AutoCAD / Revit
Creation of planning, building control and construction drawings
Opportunity to work on a range of new build and refurbishments
Attend site visits and client meetings
Work on projects throughout a variety of RIBA stages
Liaise with other professionals and build relationships with Clients

Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

Live within a commutable distance to Huddersfield
Practical experience using either AutoCAD or Revit
1 years + experience (UK based)
Residential experience (advantageous)
Knowledge of UK building regulations
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, other professionals and Clients
Motivated individual
Ability to work independently and within a team
Ability to take initiative
