Established in 1980 we have four decades of wide-ranging experience working with clients throughout the UK.The RoleBased at our modern Head Office in Huddersfield, this a new and fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor/Contract Administrator to join our Contract Administration Team made up of Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers of varying experience from university graduates to more senior qualified professionals. You will need to be both a team player with determination to drive projects forwards whilst also having the ability to work independently with well-developed leadership skills to support and assist more junior members of the team.You will enjoy a varied workload including acting as Employer’s Agent, preparation of specifications and schedules of work, site inspections, quality management, leading site meetings, contract administration, cost control, design co-ordination, CDM Consultant/Principal Designer duties, Party Wall Act surveys and property (measured and attribute / condition) surveys.Ideal Candidate:
