The Executive Head Chef of this boutique country inn is seeking a Head Chef to assist with the management of the properties 2 kitchens whilst cooking good quality dishes for its multi outlet operation. The property offers Rosette standardfine dining, traditional pub menus and banqueting where all dishes are made from scratch on site using quality, fresh local ingredients. The property is a popular wedding venue and during the peak season is very busy, so needs a Head Chef who is capable ofrunning all sections under pressure whilst also being able to manage the junior members of the team.Requirements:An experienced Head Chef who has the ability to help run a busy kitchen operation whilst also ensuring that the cooking standards always meet company standards is needed to take on this position.
