* Variety of projects* Small team - under 10 employees* Development opportunitiesArchitectural Technologist | Holmfirth | £30k - £40k We are currently recruiting for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join a small architectural practice based in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire. This practice is looking to add to the team of roughly 10 individuals following steady growth in the past few years. With a healthy pipeline of work, this practice is heading in the right direction and looks set to continue growing in the future.Having been established since 1978, this practice has built a strong reputation. Typically, they work within the residential sector on a range of traditional construction projects, including housing developments and bespoke properties.This role also provides the chance to work in a range of other sectors, with this practice often taking on new types of projects and not being afraid of trying something new! This really helps keep the role fresh and exciting and gives you the chance to influencethe direction of the business!Promoting from within has been vital to the success of this practice, with one of the current Directors starting as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant!
