It’s their dedication and endeavours to provide an excellent experience for our customers that allows us to boast a 97% client retention rate.Overview:We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice.You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete an IT systems and networking - Azure Cloud Support Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship.Salary: £18,000 per annum.Duties:

• Resolve network, hardware and software issues
• Set up firewalls to safeguard IT systems, troubleshoot system and network problems
• Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

Desirable skills:

• Ability to deal with difficult callers
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Up-to-date technical knowledge
• An in-depth understanding of the software and equipment your customers/employees are using
• Good interpersonal and customer care skills
• Good accurate records keeping

Personal qualities:

• Team player
• Logical thinker

Entry requirements:

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
