A rare opportunity has come up and Red Flag Recruitment is currently seeking a Senior Stylist to come on board with a leading salon in Hertfordshire.   • £23,000 - £28,000 salary.

  • Friendly, easy-going, loyal and passionate.
  • Management experience preferred but not essential.
  • Enthusiastic about being an ambassador for your brand.
  • Punctual and have outstanding time-management ability.
  • Brilliant at keeping your customers happy and loyal.
  • Eager to learn our systems and methods and confident in applying your newly honed talents.
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4.
  • Have at least four years’ experience on the salon floor (Brazilian blow dry and hair up a bonus).
  • Be reliable, flexible, motivated and have exceptional customer service skills.
  • Hair extensions and braids a bonus.
  • Willing to attend ongoing training and courses to stay fresh and ahead in the industry.
  • Flexible and willing to work some late nights during the week and a Saturday and Sunday a month.
  • Great people skills and a warm and welcoming manner.
