Job Title : Fire Door Auditor – SouthCirca £25,000 + £4,320 car allowance Full Time & Permanent Hours: 37.5 Hours working 5 days out of 7 (Possibly Thursday to Monday)Osterna, part of RMG and Places for People Group, is looking for a customer focused, Fire Door Auditor to deliver an allocated programme of pre-planned Fire Door Audits, within a given geographical location within the South.As this role covers in and around the South of England - the specific geographical locations the role will be discussed at interview - candidates must live in the South of England to be considered for this geographically focussed role.What will I be doing as a Fire Door AuditorSpecialising in the residential housing sector, youll be visiting a range of property types and reviewing every accessible door within that building ie entrance/rear/internal and customers front doors – recording and reporting your findings. These propertiesinclude traditional residential blocks, sheltered housing, HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) and high-rise blocks (over 6m).The role will be remote/field based and requires frequent UK wide travel and overnight stays; well supply you with a £4,320 car allowance and a pre-paid Premier Inn card, plus expenses.What attributes are we looking forThis role would suit someone who not only enjoys lone working, but also being out on the road and meeting a variety of people each day.
