THE ROLE: FAMILY SOLICITOR/CHARTERED LEGAL EXECUTIVETHE LOCATION: HODDESDONFULL-TIME/PART-TIME/HYBRID WORKINGREF NO: L4L1035Our clients are looking for an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their family law team based in their Hoddesdon office.The successful Candidate will be expected to manage their own caseload to include: divorce, dissolution, financial issues arising out of the divorce or dissolution, Cohabitation agreements, Separation agreements, Private law Children Act proceedings, TOLATAproceedings and pre and post nuptial agreements.You will have the opportunity to carry out your own advocacy at court hearings as well as briefing counsel; and be well supported by the firms management team to help you grow your career and expertise.The ideal candidate will have around 5+ post qualification years’ experience (although will accept those with less or more who have had the relevant experience), working in a family law department and must be prepared to take on a busy case load and leadershiprole within the firm.This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic family solicitor/lawyer to join and assist in the growth of a highly regarded department.Part Time applications and Hybrid working applications are welcomed.Start Date: ASAPHolidays: Standard plus extra Bank HolidaysSalary £market rate dep on exp.Hours: Flexible, work either part-time, full-time, hybrid working.
