An excellent opportunity has become available for an Estate Agent Sales Manager looking to join this Market leading Estate Agent inBirmingham city center. This well respected brand has a thriving sales business and is looking for a proven,results orientated Estate Agent Sales Manager / Valuer to lead from the front with driving them to the next level.Estate Agent Sales Manager - Benefits:

Estate Agent Sales Manager - Duties and responsibilities:

Actively pursue new business
Analysis of market and customer needs and selling to those needs
Analyse marketing, set and implement plan together with Branch Manager to hit office valuation target.
Carry out Valuations
Assist Directors with staff development to maximise business opportunities
Dealing with day-to-day general enquiries face to face / telephone and administration
Maximise business by actioning website and Rightmove / Zoopla enquiries
Ensure compliance with the Property Ombudsman code of practice
Ensure compliance with Estate Agency legislation
Drive lead generation through conveyancing, mortgage appointments and other third-party suppliers
Vendors / Buyers updates

Estate Agent Sales Manager - Experience needed

Proven background in estate agency
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Experience of managing a sales team
Experience in conducting sales valuations with a strong track record of winning listings
Previous experience with estate agency software
Full UK driving licenseis essential
