Job Description

Employer description: Primo Dialler are an ambitious, dynamic and award-winning dialler company that works very closely with their customers to deliver the very best in dialler solutions.They dont believe in ordinary. They go the extra mile and design their solutions to beinnovative and ground-breaking.The customer is at the forefront of everything Primo Dialler does.Main role:Primo Dialler are looking for an apprentice who can assist clients with queries and issues and help to ensure a high customer retention level. Alongside this, the apprentice will also be using data to improve customer retention and satisfaction. The apprenticewill be responsible for addressing customer issues and concerns with the company. The successful candidate will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of our software and customer service policies and know when issues need to be escalated tothe management staff for resolution. They will be working closely alongside the Head of Customer Relations Manager.Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Updating the company CRM database by inputting information from each call.
  • Collaborating with the support team to handle issues with larger revenue customers.
  • Working on special short-term projects to offer customised support.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and developing methods for increasing them.
  • Assisting in delivering excellent customer service.
Required skills & qualities:
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong sense of professionalism and discretion.
  • Confident phone skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Good time management.
Entry requirements:The entry requirements for this programme are as follows:
  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
Experience (if the learner cant meet the qualification requirements):
  • Those working in a role (for at least 6 months) where data is used on a regular basis and able to demonstrate working towards Level 2 in Maths and English.
