Alongside this, the apprentice will also be using data to improve customer retention and satisfaction. The apprenticewill be responsible for addressing customer issues and concerns with the company. The successful candidate will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of our software and customer service policies and know when issues need to be escalated tothe management staff for resolution.
