Job Description

Our exclusive client is looking to fill a 6 month Purchase Ledger vacancy. The key duties of the role is to contribute to accurate maintenance of the Purchase LedgerClient DetailsThe Purchase Ledger role sits with a well know global business.DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger are;

Assist with maintaining the Purchase Ledger

Collating of invoices received, and matching to Purchase Orders

Processing of matched invoices onto NAV

Investigation and resolution of queries where POs, and invoices do not match

Ensuring outstanding Purchase Orders are monitored and investigated if necessary via GRNI and Non-Item POs

Prepare supplier statement reconciliations and agree to aged creditors report

Assist the wider team in the preparation and review of payment runs

Maintain good housekeeping within the Finance Department

Keep excel spreadsheets up to date

Communicate with suppliers

ProfileThe successful Purchase Ledger will;

Have previous Purchase Ledger experience

Be immediately available or have a longer than 1 week notice

Be able to work remotely
