We are seeking a highly organised Personal Assistant, who is able to work underpressure and can provide extensive support to two HNWI engaged in property, charity and private side. This role encompasses a blend of private and business duties, offering theadaptability of working part time.What you will do:1. Diary Management: Arrange appointments, meetings, and social gatherings.2. Travel Coordination: Handle flight, hotel, and transportation bookings; draft travel itineraries.3. Household Management: Oversee maintenance and repair tasks, liase with the nanny and concierge and manage household bills.4. Private: Varies from liasing with school to health insurers, personal shopping and extensive research on various tasks.5. Financial Management: Assisting the accountant with bill payments, budgets, and other financial affairs.6.Communication: Oversee emails and post communication and screen calls.7. Errands: Undertake various errands such as grocery shopping (mainly online), dry cleaning pick-up, etc.8.Property-Related Assistance: First point of contact with property managers. Assist with estate transactions, legal matters and other.9. Charity Foundation: Liase with both councils and schools in organising logistics of donations and occasional help with packing.10. Office Management: Managing cleaning & gardening staff, office repairs, IT, stationary and kitchen necessities.Who you are:• Adaptable and able to adjust to changing needs, calm under pressure. Common sense is key.• Experience in property management is a plus but not essential.• Proficiency with technology.• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Discretion in handling confidential information.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Additional Details:• Maternity contract with the possibility of going permanent• Hours: 9:00am-5.00pm• Working arrangements: 3 or 4 days per week• Starting mid-end January 2024
