Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen in our Customer Services team to join us as a Customer Service and Data Administrator. You will join an established and growing leader in the ventilation industry based at our offices in High Wycombe.This would suit somebody who enjoys working with data and has a methodical and organised approach as the work involves reviewing, updating, extracting, and inputting data onto our systems for projects as well as the usual day-to-day business activities.You will also assist in the extraction and redaction of customer data in accordance with GDPR regulations.Working with internationally recognised and market-leading brands, this Customer Service Administrator role will push you to your limits and enable you to grow in capability and confidence. Although you can bring your own pencils if you like...We are looking for genuine team players who can work alongside a team of experts and industry professionals in a modern office with great colleagues.Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator

  • Extracting product data from our ERP system and manipulating that data into the customers required format.
  • Answering and responding to incoming phone calls and emails. Taking appointments, bookings, and providing advice and technical product and service information.
  • Order processing and sales administration.
  • Producing and issuing quotations for ventilation systems and providing these to designers, architects, direct customers, and consumers.
  • Processing goods return requests from customers and their credits.
  • Checking, validating, and processing data; providing high-quality, accurate reports (daily, weekly, monthly) in Excel and SQL.
  • Keeping the CRM System up to date with all notes from phone calls and emails sent to and received from customers as defined in company processes.
  • Assisting and supporting the internal and external sales teams and working closely with other departments within Airflow.
  • Modernising, automating, and streamlining processes to ensure reports and dashboards can be delivered in a seamless way.

Essential Skills You will be IT literate and enjoy managing and processing a large volume of confidential customer information, ensuring at all times compliance with GDPR legislation.   • Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact confidently with customers and colleagues.
  • Microsoft Excel skills and experience to an advanced standard.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organise, plan, and prioritise tasks, with the flexibility to change priorities.
  • Experienced in working in a busy environment working to targets and deadlines.
Experience:
  • You will have demonstrable experience of data manipulation and data cleansing.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or client services position including complaint resolution.
  • Previous use of a CRM System (Customer Relationship Management) is required.
Desirable Skills
  • Previous experience of managing a service engineers diary.
  • Previous experience of processing export orders including associated paperwork would be beneficial, but not required as training would be provided.
