Job Description

Commercial Property Solicitor High Wycombe Our client is a dynamic and expanding law firm looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established and reputable firm that has a strongfocus on client care and satisfaction.Responsibilities:

Advising clients on commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lease agreements and other property documents.
Conducting due diligence on property transactions and providing advice on the same.
Handling property portfolio management matters, including lease renewals and rent reviews.
Assisting with property finance transactions, including refinancing and loan security work.
Liaising with other departments and teams within the firm on related matters.

Requirements:

2-4 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law and the ability to handle complex transactions independently.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
A client-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
The ability to work as part of a team and to develop relationships with clients and other professionals.
