Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience of Managing Engineers within a Production Environment
Ability to Lead and drive Projects, including Budget Control.

The RoleYou will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical engineering and have experience being an engineering supervisor/manager in the past. The role provides an opportunity to make the factory your own, managing the current engineeringdepartment. The successful candidate will be responsible for all manufacturing and capex projects on site, as well as managing the PPM system in place.
