Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Days Reference: Jo2632/TP/REEDLocation: Whalley Bridge - High PeakSalary: £32,000 to £34,200 + Pension + OvertimeDays Based Role - Monday to Friday (3.45pm Finish Friday)The CompanyMy client is a European leader in the chemical manufacturing industry, has been established for over 30 years. This highly respected group is looking to expand its engineering capacity and is adding to its maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunityto join an extremely secure group which has developed into a market leader over the past decade.Key Skills

  • Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience of n a Process Environment.
  • Understanding of PLC systems and PPMs.
The RoleThe successful candidates will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards, working on several electrical areas within a chemical manufacturing environment, withina dedicated PPM schedule. The ideal candidates will come from a manufacturing background, ideally with chemical manufacturing knowledge, but this is by no means a necessity and should be able to work on their own initiative, be a time served engineer withan electrical bias, and the ability to work on PLC systems.
