Job Description

We are recruiting for an exciting Kitchen Installation Quality Assessor covering The southwest and South Wales (Devon, Cornwall, South Wales)paying a fantastic basic salary of £28,000 with Bonus (£6k) and Company Car with extras. You will join our Installationsteam working closely with our Kitchen Fitters and Installations Teams to ensure we are delivering the very best service to our customers.As our Installations Manager, it is a varied role that includes, manage installer relationship whilst promoting compliance to approved installation standards. Coach, promote and engage with installers regarding the approved installation standards. Promotecompliance to applicable Regulations and Legislation. Quality Audit installer installation and performance media. Review specific installer feedback, NPS results and undertake appropriate installer actions. Conduct chargeback appeals and installer performanceinvestigations. Attendance at Installer workshops, forums & conferences. Identify and improve availability and installer use. New Installer Inductions.To be suitable for the position of Installations Manager you must have experience of working within an Installations position or similar such as Kitchen, Bedrooms or Bathrooms Installations. You will have a strong understanding of the KBB industry and astrong network of trades people that you can access. You will understand the Installations process and best practices approaches. You will be motivated to ensure that all Installers are highly skilled and demonstrate the correct values. The ability to workwithin a fast paced and dynamic company.The successful Installations Manager will receive a fantastic salary £28,000 with company car and Bonus Scheme £6k with other company benefits available.
