Job Description

Imperial Professionals is delighted to announce that we are working with one of our high-profile clients to appoint an experienced Administrator on a temporary basis.Job Title: AdministratorSalary: CompetitiveHours: Full time working Monday to Friday office hoursLocation: Hetton-Le-HoleKey Responsibilities:

  • Support customers
  • Notify of potential portfolio losses quickly and efficiently.
  • Co-ordinate with administrative team to ensure customer details are up to date
  • Liaise with sales team for customer visitation schedules
  • Assist with updating of rota documents and any amendments to standby etc. inclusive of any notices
  • General clerical duties such as answering phones, emails, and filing
Requirements:
  • Strong Microsoft Office and database skills.
  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent document production skills.
  • Good attention to detail, analytical and able to follow procedures
  • Highly motivated, reliable, and hardworking.
  • Positive attitude and effective communicator
  • Excellent time management skills, highly organised, approachable, and flexible
