Job Description

MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Hetton area.The Role:

  • Daily meetings with the team leader or supervisor.
  • To help prioritise workloads within the department / designated warehouse area.
  • To deal with the movement of products within the warehouse, using the appropriate FLT.
  • Picking and packing duties when required, taking instructions from supervisors and management.
  • Should have working knowledge of all warehouse departments and understand the systems used.
  • Carrying out line feeding as well as loading and unloading vehicles.
  • Working in a fast paced automotive environment.
  • Always maintain the companys health & safety standards.
  • To follow all legal and company requirements to the use of forklifts in the Warehouse.
The Person:
  • Fork lift truck licence required
  • A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job
  • Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary
  • Will ideally have experience using hand tools

  • Days / Backshift: 06:20am - 14:30pm / 14:20pm / 22:20pm (Mon - Fri)
  • Perm Nights: 22:20pm - 06:00am (Sun to Thurs)
The Pay:
  • Days / Backs: £10.51ph
  • Nights: £10.51ph (£10 shift allowance)
