Our client is a leading employer and household name based in Hethel near Norwich. Due to expansion they require aTalent Acquisition Administrator to join thebusy in-house recruitment team initially for 6 months(as a Fixed Term Contract or paid hourlyas a temp via Reed). but likely to be extended.Pay: £24,000 per yearThis role will be to support our Talent Acquisition Specialist’ with the day-day fast paced recruitment activities across the business, here in the UK and globally as we expand as a businessMain duties:· Support the recruitment team in delivering a professional service to stakeholders and candidates· Creating employee contracts and offer letters· Supporting the team with sourcing CVs and recruitment advertising· Liaising with agencies· Carrying out screening calls and shortlisting· Processing candidates via our onboarding system – SuccessFactors· Assisting with the contractor extensions in line with IR35· Preparing recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards· Managing spreadsheet data· Promoting and helping to manage best practice in the recruitment and selection processes· Supporting the team with internal projects· Booking interviews· Support with contract issuing via DocuSign· Answering candidate queries· Processing invoices· Attending recruitment events when requiredEssential Criteria:· Experience of recruitment support or services in both permanent and contingent hiring· Strong proven experience in administration and customer service· Good level of IT literacy including Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint· Strong attention to detail· Good written/verbal communication skills to all business levels· Experience working in a fast past environmentDesirable Criteria:· Knowledge of IR35 regulations· Experience using SuccessFactors· Supplier management and processing invoices· HR analytics, data and reporting skills using Power BI or other dashboardsOther:· Hethel, Norfolk a minimum of 3 days per week is required to work in the office· Hours are 0815 - 1715 Monday - Thursday, 12.15 finish on a Friday· Private healthcarePlease apply online or Contact Maxine or Andrea at Reed Norwich.
