Job Description

Carbon60 are currently looking for a Customer Operations Advisor for join our client who are currently working on the Lotus Cars site providing them with a logistics service. This position is a Temp to Perm contract based at Lotus Cars in Norwich.This job is physically demanding, in a busy environment and will require someone that enjoys powering through a long list of daily duties.Duties include:

Stock checking General stock management Goods in.
Unpacking and stocking shelves. picking and packing.
Walk in business.
Customer at desks rather than over a counter.
Admin, goods in.
Smaller enquiries on ad hoc basis.
Chasing down deliveries.
Take stock and distribute to other local site using company vehicle. a lot of walk ins.
60% dealing with stock, 40% dealing with customers

Requirements:

Previous stores experience
Good customer service skills
Driving licence
