Job Description

Our client is an extremely successful estate agent with a huge market share of the Wirral property market. Within their busy office they have a vibrant team of top performing estate agents and one of the best working environments on the Wirral.They are now looking for a high calibre Sales Progression consultant agent to join their dynamic team. Working alongside the sales teams, you will act as a key support for vendors and purchasers, seeing property sales through from offer stage to completion.This role is an extremely pivotal part to the sales process, to ensure that all customers are given an exceptional service during the stressful period of exchange and completion. You will liaise with internal solicitors, banks and mortgage companies, ensuringthat deadlines are adhered to and client expectations are met, manging and resolving any complications along the way.This role is extremely fast paced, with deadlines to meet on a daily basis. You will have a large pipeline of sales to manage so we are looking for a multitasker who is used to managing high volumes of clients and delivering an excellent service under pressure.Due to the daily demands of this position, we are looking for a candidate who has experience within estate agency or conveyancing, either within a sales negotiator or sales progression capacity.You should also possess exceptional customer service skills, the ability to work to targets and KPI’s, a professional telephone manner and a warm personality.This role offers a rare opportunity within the estate agency sector to work Monday - Friday, whilst enjoying the benefits of working within a fast-growing dynamic team.Our client is also offering a highly competitive salary of £25000 - £28,000 basic plus a realistic OTE of £40,000.To apply for this exciting Sales Progression opportunity on the Wirral, please attach your current CV for consideration.Clifton Gray is a specialist property recruitment company.
