Job Description

Our client is an extremely successful, independent Estate Agent in the Wirral who is currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join their team! This is a fast-paced role where you will be given the opportunity to develop new business and grow theproperty sales department.Duties of the role will include:

Generating new business using the database, canvassing material and networking events
Conducting Market Appraisals and instructing new listings to the market
Taking photographs and producing floorplans
Marketing properties across various portals to ensure maximum exposure
Negotiating sales, liaising with vendors and buyers
Nurturing your own pipeline of potential sellers/new property listings
Meeting & exceeding sales targets set by management
Managing the sales department and team of negotiators
