Job Description

An extremely successful, independent Estate Agent in Heswall is currently seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join the company! This is a fast-paced estate agency sales role where you will be given the opportunity to develop new business and growyour property sales portfolio.Main responsibilities are:

  • Generating new business opportunities
  • Arranging property viewings
  • Arranging valuations
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Negotiating offers
  • Working to daily targets
  • Providing an exceptional level of customer service
  • Sourcing and advertising new properties
  • Cross selling financial and legal services
