Hybrid working 3 at home and 2 in the office.Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30 Answer phones and respond to client and partner requests and queries by email Maintain and manager partner contracts and records Manage the set-up of partners via the business online tool Set up partner and client meetings and attend meetings to build excellent relationships Develop processes for service improvement Use Excel to build Management Information reportsThe ideal candidate will have: Excellent knowledge of Office suite, especially Excel Strong written and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of working in team Ability to organise and prioritise work commitments Good understanding of Customer Service Willingness to learnPlease note: As you can appreciate we are currently overwhelmed with applications and we can therefore only contact those applications that have relevant skills for positions that we currently have available.
