Internal Communications Consultant - 3 Months - Home Based - Immediate StartOur client have an urgent need for a contractor with an internal communication skill set to join the change management workstream of the Enabling Performance Project for 3 months with an immediate start. The work involves updating existing talent management, performance and career development material on their intranet/ Sharepoint sites, together with related ServiceNow job aids and MyHR Knowledge Articles.The work involves:- Doing an audit/ inventory of all existing TCE materials on the HR Sharepoint sites (primarily Career Development, Talent Management, Global HR), ServiceNow and MyHR - Defining an approach and a plan to update the various materials and developing understanding of the new processes - Writing copy to update existing materials and create new materials - Creating a new Sharepoint site for Enabling Performance and updating the old Performance Development site to make it relevant only for group 2 employees - Validating the new copy with key stakeholdersThey are looking for someone who has a strong internal communications profile who is a strong English speaker, who can translate complicated concepts into simple to understand English and who is also digitally literate.
