CUSTOMER SERVICE / CUSTOMER SERVICE / CUSTOMER SERVICE!Are you an excellent communicator who works well under pressure Can you liaise with stakeholders effectively and confidently at all levelsYour duties and responsibilities as a full-time Customer Service Assistant at this company in Hersham will include:•Answering and resolving helpdesk calls and emails•Dealing with day-to-day client queries•Contacting and liaising with suppliers•Ensuring clients are compliant in all aspects of documentation•Assisting the sales team with new work and quotations•Administrative duties to support the customer service and finance teamYou will be numerate and analytical with a good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. Excellent communication skills are a must and you will be confident liaising with external stakeholders. Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure are also essential.Please note that we require to see at least 18 months pure customer service experience at your last employer to be considered.This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm Required skills
