Job Description

1st Line Support - ITAre you experienced in 1stline IT Support and looking for your next challenge Our client is a growing FMCG group of companies, seeking to expand their IT department.As 1st Line Support, reporting into the Head of IT, you will be predominately working from their Herne Hill office, providing support to all their UK offices and staff. You will be a natural trouble shooter with outstanding technical skills alongside outstanding customer service skills.You will be required to travel to their other offices in Hertfordshire and Manchester on a regular basis (at least monthly), as may be required.To be shortlisted, you will need:

1stline support experience, preferably in a multi-site organisation but not essential

Previous networking experience (Network building, configuration)

Working knowledge of Office 365 Admin Portal (New user creation, configuration)

Previous experience working with Windows Server 2012 or 2016

Previous experience with NAS/Backup systems is desirable

Excellent communication skills

Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines
