This is a brilliant organisation to become a part of for somebodywith knowledge of windows server, Office 365 & active directory who is looking to work for a great cause to develop their skills with great benefits.As the Service Desk Analyst you will be part of a help desk dealing with inbound tickets through to completion, providing advice and guidance to staff and team members with great customer service.The Service Desk Analyst will benefit from a very strong team and being part of an ever-changing organisation with opportunities for growth and development.Skills required for the Service Desk Analyst are:- Knowledge & Understanding of Window Server, Office 365, Active Directory & Lan, Wan, Wireless networking- Experience with Cyber would be a benefit- Strong 1st line/2nd line IT experience- An expert communicator and have the ability to work with senior stakeholders2nd Line / 1st Line / Technical Support / IT Infrastructure
