Job Description

I am recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded wholesale and manufacturing firm based on the outskirts of Norwich city centre. Due to recent expansion my client is seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team.The successful applicant will very quickly become a key member of a small, friendly and busy finance team.You will take responsibility for a range of tasks but will predominantly oversee the Sales Ledger and Expense Ledger. Previous experience in a similar role is essential to be considered for this position, further training and systems support will be offeredthroughout.My client offers a friendly and supportive working environment. If you enjoy working in a smaller business where your work is valued then this could be an ideal opportunity. Flexible or part time hours can also be considered.Responsibilities:

  • General accounts admin
  • Sales ledger
  • Invoicing
  • Credit control
  • Purchase Ledger/Expense ledger
  • Manage incoming accounts enquiries
  • Liaise with colleagues and third parties
  • Support colleagues with a range of administration tasks
Skills required:My client is seeking an experienced accounts professional who is a team player and is happy to support their colleagues where needed. You must be happy to take responsibility for your own tasks and be confident when speaking with others.
