Job Description

Do you want to get out of agency recruitment or develop your career within an In-house resourcing for an ethical company within a third sector organisationThis role will lead on the delivery of proactive resourcing services that match resource supply with organisational demand, managing all recruitment-based contracts including dealing with agency, advertising and websites. Job description:

  • You will be responsible for ensuring a professional and timely recruitment service is provided to managers and employees across the Group.
  • Leading and line managing a team of 2 recruitment consultants.
  • As a team you will support the development, delivery and review of the Recruitment Strategy for UK.
  • You will provide a full suite of Management Information to ensure the recruitment team can demonstrate benefit across the UK group and use this to target change and areas of development, and continuously develop UKs to ensure it remains fit for purpose.
  • Your role will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating spend and effectiveness within the recruitment team, continuously challenging ways of working ensuring the team remain cost effective.

  • Recruitment experience either agency or inhouse
