SchedulerStockportMon to Friday: 8.30 to 4.30pm£25,000 to £30,000 per annumI am working with a fabulous company in Stockport who are looking to hire a Scheduler to join their team.As as Scheduler your role will include:- To administer the planning and execution of PPM works- To liaise with clients to arrange dates for works to be carried out- To ensure all completed work orders are shared with the client within agreed SLA- Accessing client portals to receive work orders and update records- To ensure all necessary servicing paperwork is kept up to date- Issuing relevant Risk Assessments and Method Statements to the client- Liaise with any relevant sub-contractor to carry out PPM works- To arrange the relevant plant hire required for servicing- To grow the client base for further servicing works- Answer the office phones and assist with general office tasks.- Ensure any further works are sent to the quotes department- Liaise with Engineers and engineering Team Leaders as appropriate- Ensure procedures and process are documented and relevant to current environment- Ensure familiarisation with relevant customers’ environments- You will work in partnership with other departments to ensure engineer availability to meet operational and contractual requirementsIf you an experience Scheduler near Stockport looking to work for a growing, national organsiation where you can develop your career further than apply today.What do we need from you:- An experience Scheduler (planner)- Computer literate- Strong EXCEL skills- Great communication skills (verbal and written)
