Are you immediately available for Reception work We are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to work for a well-established, reputable Insurance firm based in Hazel Grove. This role is a working on a part time basis 1PM - 5PM Monday to Friday on a permanent contract. What will you be doing at a receptionist Answering all incoming calls Greeting all guests and ensuring they are signed in/out correctly Keeping reception area neat and tidy Monitor and enforce car park allocations Frank outgoing post Log archive files in Excel that are to be sent offsite Copy typing as required Allocate new door fobs Follow building opening and closing policies Other ad hoc admin duties as required What are we looking for Excellent time and attendance keeping Reliable Excellent written and verbal communications Able to prioritise daily workload and self-manage Accurate data inputting Previous experience working as a receptionist Flexibility to cover other hours in cases of sickness or holidays Whats in it for you Monday to Friday 1.00pm - 5.00pm (additional hours may be required to cover sickness or holidays) 3% contributory pension scheme 25 days holidays plus bank holidays pro rata Discretionary Company Christmas bonus Discretionary profit share scheme Reduced prices for Company products Childcare Voucher scheme Free Parking Annual salary of GBP10,192/ GBP9.80ph equivalent To Apply If this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV We aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
