Job Description

My progressive, market leading client, located in the Haydock area of St. Helens are looking to recruit a Warehouse Administrator on a permanent basis. The product my clients supplies is very niche, fashionable, and a necessity for any building.The successful candidate will be joining a small but successful warehouse team, you will be working from your own packaging bench equipped with your own PC as the role involves both warehouse and administrative duties.

  • Salary: £23,100 (OTE) - Full bonus paid every month
  • Hours: 08:3016:30 (No shifts or weekends)

The Warehouse operative will be responsible for the picking and packing of customer orders and carrying out all order related computer work.Duties
  • Orders to be picked, packed and packing lists produced from the Warehouse Management Computer System
  • Once orders are ready for despatch the order needs to be consigned with the relevant couriers
  • Update the Warehouse Management System to produce invoices
  • Weekly shipments to be unloaded and put away in correct warehouse locations
  • Cycle counting of stock levels and regular stock takes
  • Processing returns
  • Use of Microsoft Teams and email for regular contact with both internal and external customers
Experience
  • Warehouse experience essential
  • Computer literate (Outlook, Excel, Word) essential
  • Attention to detail
