The role- Collaborate with the MD and Board regarding HR related issues and provide regular updates.- Offering support to line managers for employment related matters- Leading and managing case work as well as sickness absence, grievance and disciplinary in accordance with legislative requirements and procedures.- Reviewing policies, procedures, making recommendations and updates.- Keeping employee contracts up to date.- Taking responsibility for starters, leavers, offers, references, and contracts.- Confidential working in line with GDPR regulations.- Providing full support for both employees and management team.Your duties and responsibilities- Your main responsibility will be the development of HR strategy and showing this within policies and procedures that are compliant with regulatory requirements.- Ensuring all system data is up to date.- Development of training and records.- Ensuring that the business needs drive the HR function, and not the other way- round.- Exercising the use of Sage 50.- Supporting with recruitment and onboarding.Benefits - Life Insurance.- 25 days annual leave and 8 days public holidays.- Eye test.- Employee assistance programme (EAP)Discretionary annual bonus
