£22k basic salary + Uncapped Commission. OTE £35k+Haydock, MerseysideMonday to Friday: 9am to 5.30pm, (Friday 9am-5pm)This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy.About the role:We are looking for talented individuals who are committed to delivering high quality advice over the telephone on our full range of products, resulting in profitable, satisfied customers. The role includes delivering outbound calls to SMEs and sole traders,receiving inbound calls, chasing up existing quotes and liaising with different departments to ensure the successful conclusion of the sale.This is a fast-paced role where you will deal with both individual and team targets. This is not a role where you would want to coast on a basic, but a role where you are genuinely rewarded well for the effort you put in.Working pattern: Monday-Thursday 9am-5.30pm, Friday 9am-5pm. No evenings or weekends.You will be working with a business that is recognised for being a fantastic sales organisation, working in an engaging environment with opportunities to grow and develop, as well as the chance to earn £35k OTE plus.About you: Great communication skills A positive and pro active individual who enjoys being part of a fun team who work hard to achieve their targets Experience of working in a telesales environment would be great, but not essential, however sales experience is critical Be able to demonstrate resilience and tenacity.
