£60-£65k basic salary + car allowance + 20% bonus. £90k OTE uncapped.North West Based Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.15pm.Do you want to hear about a new and exciting role with Merchant Rentals Are you someone with a passion for developing businesses, a successful track record, and a great communicator who enjoys achieving results and celebrating successWe are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our company to source and board new reseller partners for Merchant Rentals portfolio of products, ensuring these partners meet the high standards of quality and compliance and the KPIs agreed. The role is a blendedposition which involves sales and account management with KPIs around acquisition of new business and the performance of existing partners.Reporting into the Card Services Managing Director, this role is all about re-building, re-branding anddeveloping future business ideas to support the growth of Merchant Rentals. This is a great opportunity for you to shape the role and enhance the already solid base of Merchant Rentals by generating new channels and managing those as partners moving forward.This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Haydock Head office, with flexibility to work from home. Some travel involved - UK wide, in particular to businesses and our Head Offices in Liverpool and London.Key responsibilities.• Prospecting and winning new resellers • Account managing new and existing partnerships• To grow, develop & strengthen the product proposition in partnership with our internal product development teams to help support future product evolution• To evaluate market trends to stay ahead of the competition• To deliver consistent and sustainable growth• Hitting targets for acquisition and performance of existing partners• Ensuring you have sufficient pipeline coverage to hit your targets• Ensuring CRM records are kept up to date and completed in line with our minimum standards • Conducting yourself in line with our “sales excellent standards”• Become a subject matter expert in the PayPoint group • Support the wider business with skills and knowledge The person.• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales or Business Development with demonstrable experience of the success achieved.• Must be comfortable pitching and have a hunter mentality and be driven to succeed but with the highest standards of conduct and demonstrate exemplar behaviours • Focussed, reliable and hardworking individual with a clear focus on new business sales• Proven track record of new business wins• A deep understanding of solution selling methods and techniques• Strong organisational, communication and negotiation skills at all levels• An ability to formulate a clear strategy, implement and deliver plans for enhanced growth with a proactive, determined, and involved approach• People person with the tenacity to prospect directly and also maximise opportunities through leads, referrals, networking, social media and relationship building• Experience in account managing a range of partners and ability to influence a range of key stakeholders• Experience of using Salesforce or similar CRM preferred• Industry experience is preferred but not essential• An understanding of merchant acquiring would be highly beneficialAbout Merchant Rentals.Merchant Rentals, part of the PayPoint Group, are a leading player in the leasing of card payment terminals.Our employees speak highly of us because we believe that every customer and every employee counts.
