This is a really exciting time to join the business.Your New Role as the Purchase Ledger Clerk:As Purchase Ledger Clerk you will report into the Purchase Ledger Manager and join a small but growing team. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely processing of purchase invoices following company policy and procedures.Day to day duties: Inputting high volumes of invoices Matching, batching and coding Dealing with supplier queries in a professional manner Preparing for payment runs Supplier statement reconciliation Cashbook Processing expense claims Ad hoc accounts administration dutiesExperience & Qualifications Required to Apply: Previous experience of high volume invoice processing Good attention to detail Strong IT skills including ExcelSummary:This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a successful business which has further growth plans throughout the next 12 months and beyond.
