Job Description

Payroll ManagerDo you want to work for an established, growing company who are at an exciting stage of its developmentIf you are interested in a career within Payroll Management, then this Payroll Managers position is for you...The position is with a Warrington based company who are looking for an individual to join their Management team in a Payroll Managers role.You will receive - Payroll Manager:

  • Permanent contract.
  • Potential salary up to £45,000.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Up to 33 days holiday per annum.
Responsibilities - Payroll Manager:
  • Processing monthly payroll in a standalone position.
  • Payroll reconciliations, processing P11d and P60s.
  • Liaising with HR Manager re staff appointments, terminations, remuneration and other relevant matters.
  • Assist with tax planning, advisory, modified payroll, social security and compliance services including those moving to/from the UK.
  • Dealing with HMRC audits and investigations, liaising with HMRC, client, third parts partner firms and global network of offices.
  • Maintains payroll information and records.
  • Identifies area of improvement and takes initiative to implement changes that increase payroll effectiveness.
Desired Skills - Payroll Manager:
  • Proven ability to develop payroll processes and procedures.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience of payroll management.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Require a high level of understanding payroll systems and how they interface.
